Culture Quest

A marketplace and creator network for heritage and tourism experiences.

Museums, castles, hotels and tourism organisations publish briefs. Creators design quests. Visitors book and play — on site, in real places.

Not open yet — we're building the first cohort.

Who's on it

Three sides. One marketplace.

Places

Heritage sites, hotels, tourism boards.

Museums, castles, cities, estates, hotels and destination organisations post a brief: audience, season, budget. Creators respond.

Creators

Designers, historians, educators, studios.

Bid on briefs, publish quests you own, get paid per booking. Curated network — you apply to join.

Visitors

Book a quest. Show up. Play.

Families, schools, guests and travellers browse quests by city or theme and book directly.

How it works

Brief. Match. Run. Stamp.

1 · Brief

A place posts what it wants: audience, dates, budget, the story it needs told.

2 · Match

Vetted creators pitch. The place picks a team and agrees a fee or a revenue split.

3 · Run

The quest goes live. Bookings, payments and analytics run through the marketplace; LIMINAL takes a small fee per booking.

4 · Stamp

The place earns a Culture Quest stamp and joins the network. Visitors collect stamps across sites; institutions collect standing.

It loops. Stamps and play data feed back into the next brief — the more a place runs, the better its quests get and the higher it ranks in the network.

The stamp

A network you can see.

Every place that runs a quest gets the Culture Quest stamp — on your door, your website, your tickets. Visitors collect stamps as they travel. Institutions that keep the network alive get rewarded.

Stamped

You ran your first quest. You're on the map and in the visitor passport.

Active

Regular quests, live community, quick replies. Priority placement, shared creators, lower platform fee.

Anchor

The most proactive institutions co-design the network: free pilots, joint funding bids, research access, and a seat in how Culture Quest is governed.

The platform

You own your community.

Culture Quest runs on European sovereign technology — a community management platform hosted in the EU. Your members, your data, your rules. No US social network in between, nothing to lose when an algorithm changes.

  • EU-hosted, GDPR-native, no third-party ad tracking.
  • Membership, quests, points, badges and leaderboards in one place.
  • You export your member list whenever you want.

The deal

How the money works.

  • ·Listing a place is free. You only pay when quests sell.
  • ·Places choose: pay a flat commission fee to the creator, or split ticket revenue.
  • ·LIMINAL takes a small percentage of each booking to run the platform.
  • ·Creators keep authorship — a quest can run at more than one place.
  • ·Every place and creator is reviewed before going live. Curated, not open-flood.
  • ·Hotels and tourism organisations can resell quests to guests as packages.
